Notice of the First AGM for the Metro North-East Region

NOTICE is hereby given that the First Annual General Meeting will be held at Belrose Bowling Club on Tuesday 16 September 2025, starting at 7pm.
As this is an AGM, Club Delegates are asked to attend.


Please note: There will be NO nominations or voting for Interim Management Committee (IMC) members at this AGM. All incumbent members of the IMC hold their positions for the first two years of the new Region’s existence. They come up for re-election prior to the Region’s second AGM

Note that we will not be appointing an auditor as Metro N-E is classified as a Tier 2 organisation for accounting purposes.
