EOI for Metro North-East Region Selection Committee

Expressions of Interest are being called for, to join the Metro North-East Bowls Selection Committee.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in selecting the players who will represent our Region at the next Statewide Inter-Region event, and other representative events that may arise.

Note the following important information: 

• Bowls NSW requires the (Interim) Management Committee of each of the 16 Regions to establish Committees and appoint people to these Committees.
• Metro North-East Region has already established a Match Committee and is now seeking to appoint members of the Region Selection Committee.
• Those interested in being appointed as a Region Selector should submit an Expression of Interest using the attached interactive form, detailing their relevant experience and qualifications for the position.
• Required qualifications, as determined by Bowls NSW, are listed on the Expression of Interest form.
• An individual may hold a position on up to two Committees except for the Chair of Match (members of the Region’s Management Committee cannot serve on another Committee at the same time).
• No more than two (2) Individual Members of the same invoiced club may serve at the same time on any one committee. (An ‘invoiced club’ is the single entity that receives an affiliation invoice from Bowls NSW annually.)
• All Expressions of Interest will be reviewed by the Interim Management Committee, which will appoint suitably-qualified people while seeking to include both men and women.
